First day of 2013!! What was your first workout?!!

    I did an hour of Zumba, Week 2 Day 3 of C25K, and an hour and a half of bikram yoga (yes all in the same day lol) I'm exhausted, but happily so.

    Chisel and Bodypump and dogwalks x3...not much cardio today, that will be tomorrow

    Finally got going today with a 43 minute interval run on the treadmill.
  • Zumba for 35 mins on the 1st, followed by zumba for 24 mins, lifting for 55 mins, and running for 20 mins on the 2nd! WOO!
