HCG does work, but it is not the best route to go. My mom knows a ton about how it works. You only eat 500 calories but the HCG does something to your body that makes it so your body doesn't go crazy. It's fast but it's hardly the best way to go. Even if you deviate once it can stop or you can gain weight really fast.…

Kefir, has 20 grams of sugar per serving, but still very healthy. especially the plain kind which has no sugar.
