Treadmill tip: bring a towel and drape it over the clock display. I find when I want to run on it not seeing the timer helps.

I drink a lot of water. Unless if it's after 9:30pn I'll usually eat something at least every 3 hours. Before 3 hours I'll just drink water. I don't eat after 9:30.

The Spiru Tein shakes are great. I actually lost a lot of weight when I was 13 because of them. I don't think I would do it again though now that in 26 because it didn't teach me much about food. I just gained it all back and then some through high school and college. I can basically get the same results without it now. I…

My Fitbit aria says mine is 40%. I know that is way off because I'm 5'3 and weigh 172. I actually find that funny that it says that when I know my body fat is around 27 to 29%.

Another one I love is the cliff builder bars.

We have a free three-story gym at my university. It kind of makes things easy. Well, it's free for people taking 10 or more credits like I am. The payment is $40 a semester if you are lower. I think it's worth it.

I like quest bars, but I prefer these.

Back on track and logging like a pro!

You are technically not even allowed to mention it here. I went on it before, but even though it worked for me I was no less lazy so I gained it all back a year later. I discourage anyone from doing it because it just feels better to lose weight the old fashioned way. I don't believe it's a myth, but I wouldn't recommend…

Definitely water weight.

Spinach has a lot of iron. Supplements aren't always the best. My moms iron got so low once that her hair started falling out. Lucky she put a stop to that. I usually use sun and this stuff called ionic fizz for vitamin D.

My family goes through these things like water. I especially love hummus. I've never tried spinach dip though. That will probably be something I'll try soon.

That sounds so good!

Well, the Spiru Tein Shake diet worked for me 13 years ago when I was 13. The thing about it was that it didn't teach me how to eat properly so when I got off of it I went right back up. Then there was a diet I went on that isn't allowed to be mentioned on here. It worked for me and I lost 25 in a month. I kept the weight…

Basically the more you lose the lower the exercise calories are. I don't manually log anymore, but when I did I always took off 50 calories just to be safe.

I love sobe life water when I don't want to drink regular water. Also love tea.

Sooo... I have a free 3 story gym at my university. I also try taking exercise classes. Try jogging to your classes.

Well, not exactly a tip to stay on track, more advice about food. Try eating less of foods so you can eat a greater variety of things. I've started eating by portion size and I can fit a lot of different foods in. If a portion size has a lot of calories then I halve it or something so I have room for something different.…

My Fitbit adds calories for me at a better amount so I just quit logging my exercise manually on here.

I've never heard of or seen it doing that. Usually it adjusts your calories when you are loosing weight. At least that is what it did for me. I got a little more calories as I have progressed. I'm pretty active though.

When I have a sweet tooth I take two packets of Emergen-C and one scoop of ionic fizz and mix them together. That is pretty much enough to shoot down my sugar cravings because it is super sweet and tart. Other times fruit, stevia sweetened tea, Halo Top ice cream is also sweetened naturally without sugar.

My birthday is on July 4th. I am 174 right now but my goal is to get to 150 by my birthday.

It's a matter of personal preference. I weigh myself every day because if I do something wrong I can fix it the next day. Doing it every day tells me a lot about what I should and shouldn't do.

If you weight train pay more attention to your measurements than the scale. If you weight train you might gain weight on the scale, but lose inches / fat.

I've also been thinking about this. The snacks look good, but I'm a little hesitant. I think it would save me money on snacks though.

I'm a flexitarian! I am about 80% vegetarian. I want to be full someday, but for now I can't do it because I suck at cooking and my family loves meat.

Well, I stop eating after 9:30 and go to bed after midnight. I don't know about you, but I definitely sleep better.
