Not all brands are equal. Stevia is great, but try to get the stuff that is actually called stevia, and not that truvia nonsense.

Try Barleans omega 3 lemon or lime. It literally tastes better than pie.

I had the lemon cake flavor a few days ago and loved it! I am totally on board with this brand. By the way it's not artificially sweetened. It's basically watermelon sugar with a weird name.

I haven't grown since I was 12. When I was 13 I reached my goal weight of 110. Since I am older and with more muscle I know I don't need to go that low and so I chose 120. I'll tweak it if needed, but for now I think going there will be fine.

It's not really about the thighs, more about being healthy. Doesn't matter what size you are if you are a healthy person. You can have the smallest thighs you want as long as you are healthy. Just make sure you exercise your muscles.

I only gained 10 pounds but I lost 3 this week. I am also starting again. I started again 2 days ago. I'm just glad I didn't gain more!

Some of that weight might be muscle. Sometimes gaining muscle can make it look like you are gaining. In this case pay less attention to the weight and more to measurements.

THIS! Absolutely correct, plus make sure you are stretching. I buy Ionic Fizz Megnesium plus or Magnesium calcium plus for my mag needs. It pretty much killed my cramps. Oh yeah, and hydration is also important.

Go to log an exercise, pick either cardio or weight training, go to the my exercise tab, press add exercise, and then add the needed info. I've started logging my own exercise instead of just using the ones that MFP already has lately.

Make sure you are drinking enough water. I was stuck until I started drinking a lot and I've started steadily loosing again.
