Goal by the end of the year ?? To have kept at it .... to lose weight / tone up ... so that I feel comfortable to go swimming / to a spa. And then ..... maybe to learn how to scuba dive in 2013. Yay !!

L1D2: going good. bit sweaty and those lateral lunges with the dumb bells are something else .... no pain, no gain. Keep it up everyone ps - am i allowed "off days" on the two days per week that i train at the gym ... or ... do i keep doing the shred on top of that. haven't been exercising for a while so dont really know…

Wow !! Day 1 of THE SHRED: that was "interesting" (read: bloody full on and sweaty!!) and started on LEVEL 1. Still, felt kinda good, not sure i'm going to enjoy the aches. Those push ups and lunge exercises were something ELSE! Good Luck All. May the FORCE BE WITH YOU !!

hey, just joined tonight. i'm not tracking anything yet but weight. will be starting at 11st 6lbs. the shred will be something. phew !! think i'll need as much encouragement as possible when i hit that pain barrier. bring it on !!!!
