  • I'm on week 4. Definitely FEEL every muscle group I work, but for me, adding a serious cardio component was necessary. I've lost about 7 pounds and feel great. I'll probably do two more of these before I move on. Thumbs up so far.
  • I would love to hear anything as well on this topic. Sweets are my weakness. While I have been able to curb them throughout the week, I know if I were to find a substitute; body fat would melt off! So tough though when kids are in the house!
  • Hey Newmommy! Congrats on your decision to be accountable! I'm on week 3 and have NEVER counted calories before. The two days i did go over my calorie goal left me feeling bad.
