Reminds me of Christian Bale. O=

You're perfectly perfect. <3 I'm like that too. Never been drunk or high, I don't really like drinking or anything of the sort, and I'm twenty-one. It just doesn't appeal to you, and that's fine. Heck, I think it makes you kinda cooler that drinking isn't your idea of fun. There are plenty of other things to do. Besides,…

I'm new to the topic. And I was just basing it on her looks. =(

SwimFan... I think you're 25.

I start the Book Thief next week for my classes! I can't wait to start on it =)

I just finished re-reading Ink Exchange, and I'm currently reading Howards End for my university class. I recommend the prior if you like urban fantasy and tidbits of romance. The latter is a typical Country House novel. It's not bad, but not my taste.

I say log everything. Not just for the caloric value, because there are calories in them, but for everything else in them. Fiber, carbs, etc. Plus, if you ever wonder what you were eating a week ago because you're bored now, you just look back and see all of the delicious fruits and veggies you ate. =)

Go ahead and look! =O
-
Go for it. =) Nothing too interesting in mine either though.

I have no idea. =/

I usually eat the carbs that MFP sets for me. So between 160g and 200g. Honestly, your body will turn extra protein you eat into the carbs it needs anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it too much, unless your diet is entirely made up of carbs. =), Oh, and I usually get my carbs from whole grain bread, whole wheat waffles, or…

Kitty, you look like Sleeping Beauty to me. =)

That beautiful smile. <3

My hair and eyes are pretty awesome to me. And I've been told I have a nice complexion. Wow, I feel so full of myself right now. Cx

Okay, I know everyone is saying this to you, but -- you need to eat. You need to eat real food. Looking through your diary, it looks like you're mostly eating snacks and drinking lattes. Yeah, you need to eat more. You're eating a dangerously low amount. But you also need to stop eating so much sugar. Sugar isn't going to…

I love soy milk! I've weened myself off of cow's milk a couple of years ago, and I can't go back. It tastes weird to me now. Anyway, soy milk is not like almond milk. I personally dislike almond milk, it's too thick and it's too nutty for my taste in milk. Anyway, soy milk is nice and thin, and it's also sort of sweet…

50g is about 1.7 oz, which should convert to 0.2 of a US cup. But that sounds odd for popcorn, just my opinion though.

It's been about a month.

Alright, I can do that. I'll keep a small journal with me to track my progress too. Thank you for all of your advice, it's been very helpful. :)

It's probably a good idea to cut my rice and substitute in some veggies. But then I need to figure out how to reach my calorie goals. This is going to take some tinkering! C:

How do you achieve such low carbs? I've only recently found my macros, and mine is around 35%, or 116g per day. I usually eat filling foods like rice, and I have vegetables and whatnot. Excluding processed snacks, I feel like I still easily managed to go over that set amount. What are you eating? Lol!

While it's not my nightmare, its a bit of a bummer. I suppose I should just try to make my strength training more intense. And try to find a way to curb my carbs. Thanks for the advice everyone, it really helps.

Additional cardio won't help with fat loss?
-
I can incorporate squats into my exercise if they'll help, and I should probably switch to a low rep high weight. But what would a good ratio be for that? For example, I can't lift very much with my arms, so I settle for 3 sets of 15 at 15 pounds. (I know its not a high weight, but my arms can't handle much). And, are…

I'm only 5'2", so I still think I'm a while from what would be considered a healthy weight for my body. I'm currently a student, so I take my bicycle to and from school, which is a 1.5 miles from my apartment and takes me about 15 minutes to get there. I spend my days in class, just walking between classes and taking the…

I opened up my diary. I haven't accurately measured my weight in a while, I've been keeping track of the inches I'm losing because I think that determines more fat loss than weight loss, and I'm more concerned about fat loss. Also, I'm pretty sure the 2077 is my TDEE. My BMR is 1830, and for the deficit, MFP set my…

Any advice? :ohwell:

Thanks so much guys! You were a great help :flowerforyou: I didn't even think of weighing it, lol...

Oh, let's see... 80g is one piece. I have a food scale, but it measures in oz. Do you know the conversion? By the way, thank you. =)
-
I saw it in the data base, but I'm still a little confused. It says 1 piece, just like the back of the package I have. But what I'm saying is, what is one piece? The entire piece of bread? 1/4 of the bread? It isn't pre-sliced or anything. It's just one round roll. That's why I'm asking. :<
