Started at 16W (225 pounds) and down to a slightly big 10 (170 pounds). I have one size 8 pant, but am afraid to try more in case they don't fit. Remember, different clothing makers make their sizes different too.

Remember, it took a long time to put on the weight. It will take a while to take it off. Yes, sometimes it gets to be too much. Here's an idea.. write down your successes and post them somewhere that you will see it often (at your desk??). That may be enough to ward off some of the temptations. Just a thought.

Try a different store. I know that jeans are expensive, but I have heard that everyone deserves one expensive pair of jeans. I went to Buckle and the staff there kept throwing different styles and sizes at me until I found the one I liked. They even hemmed them for free. Turned out these jeans didn't have the "8-10-12"…
