  • I hit my peak weight 3 months ago - 360 lbs. I grieved about it until December, and then realized it was time to fix it. So far I've lost 4 lbs (and I weigh in again on Friday). My goal is to lose 180 lbs. I'm 5'-9" tall and feel that 180 would be perfect for my size and body shape.
