I don't think it's about being skinny as more as it's about being healthy! Society wamts everyone to be skinny! IF Society wanted everyone to be fat than everyone would be FAT! Just be healthy and whatever works for u, works for u! LIVE FOR YOURSELF!

okay, i didnt even realize that. That's probably why i have been losing a lot of weight quickier than normal. Thank u very much. lately, i have been much hungrier and i cant really sleep at all.

So my caloric intake is 1480 which i try to eat under that. I try to exercise about 1000 calories a day. Should I increase by caloric intake esp if I add weight lifting?

I just dont want to get too bulky while still trying to lose the fat i.e. arms, stomach.

I work overnight frm 10:30pm - 7am. I need less hours when I work out. For me, I eat a small breakfast and about an half hour or hour after, I sleep. Then I wake up about 2pm, eat small lunch and then hour later,go to the gym for about an hour and a half. Then come home, clean a bit, and then shower and eat a small dinner.…
