Not to alarm u, and it's something that a lot of us have. It's called costochondritis. It's an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone. It kinda feels like ur heart hurts when u breathe in. I have it and a lot of ppl have it. Nothing to be concerned about but u can go see a doctor if u want a…

I agree with this quote. Just start logging in your foods everyday. Also, I hate the term "diet." Make this more of a lifestyle change for yourself. Plus, it's okay for you to have cheat day, I'd probably say once or twice per wk. Don't gorge on everything but on a meal or two or items you've just been craving. See if…

U know what. I love the gym. It's good motivation. At first, it can be intimidating but once u get in your own groove, it's more empowering. Plus I think watching some ppl do their little "quirky" moves is more inspiring and motivating. So dnt worry, do your thing!

I totlaly agree. I weigh myself at work daily and it's horrible b/c sometimes I lose/gain weight. But the way my clothes fit! It shows me that I'm making progress so BUMP THE SCALE!

If you eat about 1200 cals a day but don't eat back the cals u've burned, u will lose weight but may eventually lose muscle mass! Eating the 1200 will only be the days u dont exercise.
-
Maybe u shoud try just eat lots of different kinds of filling foods like vegetables and proteins and exercise. Keep in mind, that whatvever had you motivated to lose the first 42lbs, let that motivate u again. If u really think that u have an issue, go see your doctor just to make sure things are okay.
-
Thank u for this post. Someone else had mentioned this to me and now I'm starting to eat back my calories lost when exercising!
