Suppressed Appetite During PMS

Ladies, question: Do u have a suppressed appetite during PMS? Are u fatigued often? Do u still wrkout? Do you eat and if you do, what do you eat?I'm forcing myself to eat although I'm not that hungry and I'm tired a lot but still workout cause I'll feel bad if I dnt. Let me know your thoughts, opinions, etc.

    Not really a supressed appetite, but I eat less just out of an agitated/indecisive feeling that tends to crop up about that time. I do however have to watch my overwhelming urges to inhale chocolate and popcorn in outrageous proportions!
    I do tend to feel very drained and my immune system always takes a major hit, so forcing myself to exercise is hard work.
    I'm trying to boost my iron and vitamin intake prior to 'starting' and just making sure I'm hydrated and my diet is pretty well balanced.

    nobody elses immune system goes down the tubes that i know, & i usually am so indecisive on anything & everything that i end up eating the weirdest combonation of foods. usually i find myself only eating pickles, watermelon, & peanut butter at random times during the day. i'm never hungry enough to eat actual meals though it's very strange.

    & props to you for working out on your period, i find it nearly impossible to do lol & i am one to workout twice a day normally

    Thank u ladies!WickedPixie, Ohh don't I love chocolate and that was my craving all last week! Gsodano, I too have a heard time to actually want to eat an entire meal. But I sure so have a hankering for peanut butter esp, Reese's cups!
