cells, and fibrous tissue that your body produces. When you work your muscles, they tear, your body then mends those tears, making your muscles bigger.

Fat tissue gets metabolized and converted to energy which is then used by the body tissues. This chemical reaction releases heat and water as byproducts. The kidneys excrete the excess water. You pretty much pee it out.

Well that is not exactly easy to explain without a couple of semesters of biology lol.
Basically fat is converted into energy through a complex mechanism called catabolism. The body breaks the complex fat molecule into simpler molecules which undergo chemical reactions to yield molecules called ATP. Excess fats are stored.
Muscle tissue is created from the same process as all tissue called histogenesis. It is also a complex reaction.0 -
