  • Thanks.....can't believe they have been married nearly a monrh now!! I'm going to weigh in later today. I have done 3 really long bike rides and food wise have eaten really healthy although we did meet up with friends for wine n tapas yesterday!!! How is everyone else doing????

  • I weighed yesterday but had mad hectic day at work so didn't have time to post weight is 62.500kg I'm gona go really low on carbs this week and no alcohol!!!

  • Ditto for me too!! I am 5ft4 and 137lb goal of 130 but nothing moving at mo so reduced cardio and upped calories to 1500 as was on 1200. Now just doing HITT most days and having a rest day. I have stopped weighing myself so we will see how it goes. Good luck to you too hope you reach your goal soon ;-)
  • I was on 1200 and doing a good amount of excercise, I wasn't loosing any weight and I started feeling ill!!!! I joined the group eat more to weigh less, upped my calories to 1500 but really healthy (apart from the odd glass of wine lol) and I am now feeling great and have lost 1 inch from waist - 1 inch from hips and 11/2…
  • I am 15 days into the shred and love it. I do a 40 min run/jogging before it 5 mornings but was thinking about dropping the run and adding the ri30.....I mainly want ti tone now and just loose my last 2 kilo....what do people think???

  • I would like to be 59kilos by Aug 11th my sons wedding so I have 2.5 kilos to go and then that is a total loss 13 kilos .....but running out of time :-(
  • Maybe your body has adjusted to the excercise you are doing. Change or vary your routine. The same happened for me for a month or more I lost nothing so I stepped up my excercise and changed what I was doing and started eating more ....and the weigt has started to come off again ;-)
  • Hi I have been on mfp for 15 day. I am currently on level 2 day 2 30 day shred and would like to do insanity after I have finished. I am loving the results I am seeing and wanr to continue keeping fit and healthy ;-)
