I make my gym time an appointment on my calendar, this way I don't miss it. You can make your workout kid friendly! My son and I do trail walks/runs, ride bikes, dance, play basketball etc. There are days when I can only squeeze in 10 minutes of a workout but anything is better than nothing.

I take it every morning because I have digestive problems. It seems to help cause I can tell when I miss a day. I usually mix it with grape juice.
