  • Agreed (see below) However I know what you mean! It's almost near impossible to be 'exact' with calories consumed! I find you have to guesstimate sometimes espeially when you're searching for a specific calorie count and there is such a vast difference. I try and over estimate just in case!

  • Be careful with this diet as it does not teach you how to eat! I know a few people that did this diet because it was "easy", lost alot of weight and gained it ALL back, and then some!!!!! Because they didn't learn anything. The thing I learnt about trying to lose weight it PREP PREP PREP....lots of preparation with veggies…

  • Don't feel bad cuz I had a piece (a sliver) of triple strawberry boston cake today. One of the staff randomly purchased it so I couldn't resist! It was staring at me and I figured that 1/10 of the cake had 260 calories, that if I had a half of a half, it would only be 130 calories and at least I got to have some. Now…
  • I like their clothes but find them ridiculously priced (I have 2 kids and they take up my money)!! :tongue: I find that Costco has great yoga clothing, especially their "Daskin" line and some "Tuff" shirts and they are ALOT cheaper ($20 for pants, $15 for shirt...give or take). Jenn :wink:
