WOW! And in only 4 and a half months?! That's awesome! Congrats!!!

I agree with everyone else...forget about it and move on. I usually have at least one "over" day a week and it hasn't halted my progress. One of the most important things I've learned is to forgive myself for slip-ups, purposeful or not.

Wow, amazing progress so far! This makes me want to buy turbo fire!!! Lol

I agree with the strength training. You may not see the scale change but you WILL see your body change.
-
Holy ****! Amazing results!!! Congrats!

Awesome girl! Super proud of you- you look fantastic!

Awesome transformation! Looks like you've lost way more than 45lbs!
-
AWESOME! You should be SO proud of yourself! You are a total inspiration.

If you right click and choose to open in a new tab, the before/after is viewable. You look fantastic! And I love the huge smile on your face in the after photos too!

That's a tough one! Is it cool enough to take walks with her? I bought a double stroller after I had my second son and took 30 minute or so walks several times a week. So look into a jogging stroller (used on craigslist is a good place to start). Even though my kiddos are 4 and 6 now, I still struggle to work out with them…

Awesome! I've thought about doing Power 90 vs the P90X since I'm not in the best of shape. Good to hear it's manageable and less than 45 mins!

Hi! SAHM here as well! I have 2 boys, ages 4 and 6. I watch my nieces in the summer as well; they're 5 and 7 so it's quite crazy in my house on a daily basis:-0 You'll be setting a great example for your kids to eat right and exercise. Mine look at me like I'm crazy with working out to dvds but occasionally, they do join…

WOW! Thanks for sharing...you are so incredibly inspiring!

Wow, my thighs touch and now rub, but that's never happened! I even buy cheapy jeans from Target and Old Navy.

Between 1200 and 1500 on most days. Derby practice burns a crapton of calories so I'm usually under 1200 twice a week.

Greek Yogurt...it's my new obsession:-D
-
You look great! I'm the same height and starting weight as you:-D

Ok awesome! That makes a lot more sense.

Hourglass here as well...even overweight, my waist is still proportionately smaller than my hips. As a teenager, I was around your measurements and hated it. I would KILL to have that body back and hope to return to those measurements when I do lose. My only suggestion is to focus on building up your core muscles. Even…

Check out this thread about those 5'2' and under: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/530279-weight-loss-before-after-for-5-2-or-shorter. Several on there look AMAZING around the 140 mark b/c of their muscle tone. I was close to 140 a few years ago and still felt like a fat blob. But if I had focused more on weight…

Mine eat constantly too. It's crazy how quickly food goes in our house:-0 Anyhow, here's a few recipe ideas (I'm kind of a pinterest addict): Roasted Chickpeas: http://www.caramelpotatoes.com/2012/05/10/crunchy-roasted-chickpeas/ Oatmeal Squares: http://gingerbreadbagels.com/2011/03/22/peanut-butter-banana-oatmeal-squares/…

I totally agree with you! I'm a total diary creeper, mainly to get ideas for meals but also to see if a friend is actually eating as "healthy" as they brag about.

Love! I'm 5'2" and 162lbs. Trying to get down to 135lbs for now. Would love to be a teeny tiny 113lbs again like I was 6 yrs ago but seeing how HOT some of you are at 137 and 139 gives me hope if I focus on weight training!
-
No, mine doesn't know and honestly, I'd be embarrassed to tell him even though he accepts my body as is. He knows I'm insecure about it though, since I used to be pretty small until the past 3 yrs or so.

I play! Sorry to hear about the stress you've been under- glad you're wanting to return back to derby. I took a month off recently and it's been hard to get back into the swing of things, especially scrimmaging. I'm taking it one practice at a time though. Making time to workout off skates and get your diet in check will…

I'm not much of a cook either...but I've been I'm slowly learning. Frozen fish filets (tilapia and salmon) are super easy to cook stovetop or in your oven. I made a super easy 220 cal lunch today using 1 tbsp of butter, garlic salt, dried rosemary, juice from half a lemon and pepper. Just sauté it in a pan on the stove,…

It looks like you're at a healthy weight for your height...so maybe loosing weight shouldn't be your goal, but instead building muscle. Cardio is great but try interval training instead. I've been doing 30 Day Shred for 4 days and already seeing/feeling results.
