Hi @opalwisteria I was vegan for a year I wanted to try it diet wise and I enjoyed i just recently went back to my normal diet(vegetarian) because I found it tiresome but thanks for the comment. Let's be friends.

When I first started logging on mfp I wasn't patient at all right now I'm also a stay at home mom so I do laundry etc...and when I feel up to it I walk a few times a wk for about an hr (2 miles) and at first I didn't notice anything until about day 15 of logging which was about last week and I lost 3 almost 4 pounds maybe…

Im new around here. And I just started back on my journey... For the past week I been walking about 45 mins. A day and my question is do I have to log walking into my excercise or should I eat calories burned from walking etc...please help.

Wow! That's an amazing transformation I am also trying to lose 100 pounds in a year but I'm not sure how I will look because I carry my weight well I am currently 240 pounds. This is such great motivation I'm glad you posted this.
