  • I know what you mean. Try eating vegan style in Texas. It's a choice I make, and people treat it like it's a diet and I should 'cheat' on special occasions. Since I started, I have lost about 45 lbs....and it's not a diet. It's a life change. People just need to get over it. Everyone makes their own choices.
  • If you are trying to lose weight, I wouldn't do any averaging. You need the extra calories on those days that you are really active, and you need them less on the days that you do less with your body.
