I don't want to be a size 2, I said I want to lose 2 dress sizes. I know am a pescatarian, I only said I don't eat meat, referring to chicken, steak etc.
-
The 20-30lbs is my overall goal, sorry I should have made that clear.
-
Oh I don't mean I want to lose the 20-30lbs in 4 weeks I just want to see as good results as possible. I just wanted advice for my diet that's all

Thanks. I'll look into a class near me. It's something i've been wanting to try for a while
-
Thanks guys, I have a lot of ideas now. I need to push my cardio now, I have a great strength training program but i'm lacking with cardio so now I have a good mix of ideas :)

Is that boxing (sorry i'm confused at 'mma') if it is, i'm thinking of trying that. Would you go for kick boxing or normal?
-
I actually never considered swimming (for some strange reason) I'm going to take that back up actually as it's so enjoyable
-
BURPEES are the actual devil! I love squats/lunges though :)
-
Good one... Spin is my favourite as you can really push it and have a woman shouting at you to WORK lol. Skipping is another fave of mine but I only do it for around 15 mins as it becomes boring
-
I'd LOVE to sprint really well. My plan is to sprint for half min, run for 1, repeat. AND then build up to just sprint :)

Disgusts me to even say but something like; a whole tub of ben & jerrys. a whole box of cereal. a cup cake. milkshake. big bar of galaxy chocolate. skittles. more chocolate and pizza. Strange that I can eat all that one day and then most days be full off hardly anything!

To the comment above. It's as your body was not used to carbs after you cut them out. Happened to me too, unless you stick to low carb for life it's not worth it. It will come back off though just give it time :)

I went from being a vegeterian for 10years to being a pescetarian and it's the best things I've done. My diets way healthier with fish. Why are you trying to change?

Sweet potato's are good for you but so are white ones. Both for diff reasons. Sweet contain more vitamin C and Vitamin A. White ones contain more potassium and folate. Also theres nt much difference in carbs/cals in them.

You could try carb cycling. 2days no carbs, 1 day carbs. Then go to 1 day carb, 1 day not and see how you feel. Also have smaller portions of the carbs where possible. BUT you won't actually gain weight if you are still in your calorie range. (Only water weight initally that will go back down)

I try to eat as clean as I can. Does this book have a diet plan? I'm thinking of getting it?

Yoghurt, berries, ice. (mix in blender so it makes a sort of sorbet) and sprinkle with berries and walnuts.
-
I use 2-3 handfuls of spinach half an apple 1 scoop of protein powder (I use strawberry or vanillia) Pumpkin seeds water/ ice (sometimes I add greek yoghurt)
-
What would you think of someone who doesn't eat much meat (chicken occasionally) how would they do on a paleo/primal diet? I eat fish, eggs and sometimes chicken, but I know paleo/primal people mainly get their cals from meats.
-
Cereal. I know ALOT of people who believe sugary cereals (some that have equal sugar to sweets) are healthy. I know people who have done cereal diets and basically just ate sugar!
-
Haha  Yes, I tried to get the whole 'paleo' thing but I really don't. The only thing I like about it, is that it encourages you to eat proper nutritional food like fruits, veggies, fish and meats.

UK. Although I WISH I was from the US :)
