  • I’m Rachel! I live in Herriman, UT. I have 3 kids (15, 13, 4) and they take up 99% of my time. :) I love exercise, especially anything outside. Love living a healthy life but I’m always trying to find a good balance.

  • I love mine! I use it everyday. Totally worth the money in my opinion. If you get a decent one (mine is a Polar), they last a long time. I've had mine about 5 years so far. Good luck!
