  • thanks all!! also, the tip about the 500 calorie per meal absorbed by the body is very useful. i love food too much to give it up, but it gives me a good barometer to use for portion control.
  • Ive lost half an inch around the thighs, but none elsewhere. Should I not be eating my exercise calories back? Or eating less of the exercise calories back?
  • I am having the same exact problem and thinking of paying more attention (i usually wind up with bigger dinners just due to my work day) and really paying more attention to the refined sugars, carbs, and the KIND of protein im having.   • thanks! it used to be easier to lose weight, but then again, i was probably doing it the unhealthy way (ie starvation mode)
