try almonds or nuts if you can. carrots are good, but sounds like you need a little more fiber.... if you can eat brown rice...that would work too.. good luck.. make sure you get up and moving alot........

no cause for alarm actually... folks doing nothing worong...juat a woma nthing, most of you ladies...could prob guess what it is... my coach even asked me about it, and i said it was likely... so im ok, but wasnt too happy at the time but now it makes sense....
