  • Thank you for the welcome :smile: I'm not sure if I can make it my duty to write down everything I do and eat on here, but I'll write it somewhere.....hopefully....It's difficult because most of the foods I eat (i.e the grilled salmon salad that I am in love with from a local store) isn't on here...bah-humbug
