It's an exercise video by Jillian Micheals with 3 different levels, supposed to do it 30 days, hence 30day shred. About 30min. Pretty good workout. Good luck to all that start it. :)

Thanks, everyone was helpfull. I don't normally burn 1350 calories/day. I like to consider myself a runner, I run 6 days a week. Today I ran a half marathon, hense the high calorie burn.

Thanks guys. I have run a few 1/2's and one marathon. After the marathon last year, I too felt like I couldn't walk. But it was great. I think I'm sticking to 1/2's. Checked the marathon off by bucket list, may do another, we'll see. :)

I don't suffer from depression so I can't really relate. However, there are days that I just want to stay in bed ( I know it's not the same). Try to get out, as said in prior post, just to get some fresh air. Don't watch TV, it can be depressing especially the news. Put on an uplifting DVD, CD and just dance around naked.…

I love my under armor. I know it's a bit pricey but well worth the $$. If you're really serious about going outside in the cold weather I would definitely invest in a good outdoor running/walking wardrobe. Go to a running store and they'll help out.

OK so how are we doing this? Are we going to check in weekly and say what we've done all week. i.e. Drank all our water or more, stayed under our calories and what exercise we've done for the week. Just a thought.

OK, so it took me awhile but I finally made it and YUM. The whole family loved it. I didn't add the corn as the kids don't like it but kept everything else the same. GREAT dish.
