Awesome job. Look great.

There's also an app called '21 day fit tracker' that I found that's free in the app store. I think it's pretty good. Take a look.

No specific rules. Does say that water tends to be chilly so if you have a wetsuit you can wear one. Might be too cold without but do people run with this on? If not what do they wear underneath?

I'm liking it. I won't know for sure if I've gotten results until Phase one is over. Not following the meal plan yet.

I used this method for my first marathon 2 1/2 yrs ago in San Fransisco. Time wasn't the greatest but I finished. Now I can run a half marathon with only stopping for the occasional water break. :) Good luck. Run-walk-run ratio should correspond to the pace used (Runners). 8 min/mi—run 4 min/walk 35 seconds 9 min/mi— 4 min…

I'm 5'2" and weigh around 135, would like to get to 130. Started a year ago at 155. First time trying to post pics. No before pics but here's me now but like I said, still would like to lose more or at least tone up. Pretty big pics, not sure how to make them smaller. Sorry.

I'm going to give it a go. By my calculations I should have 105 miles logged in by the 31st Let's hope it all works out. :)
-
That's awesome. Congrats to you too. Are you running in the whole series?
-
Thanks. It was the Toronto women's half marathon. You just pointed out its 12 weeks away. I uses I will take it easy this week and maybe next with some light easy runs. Then look back into training. :)

I have a fuel belt but haven't used it in over a year. Found it got in the way and more of a nuisance. You're going to get differnet opinions on the Camelbak. I personally don't have one but did a post on it. Some love it and some go the other way. How often do you drink on your runs? And how long are they? I can run about…

WOW. You sound like me. I'm 42, will be, have two kids and started off at 155lbs, also 5'2". You look amazing. Something to work towards. :)

I don't know your home situation but how about give your spouse SOME responsibilities. It's been 3 weeks since he got sick. Why can't he bathe your child now. Being a mom of 2, I don't have time to get sick and relax. My kids get bathed even when I am sick. I understand that your child doesn't sleep, it happens. Can't you…
