I work at an engineering firm and there is free breakfast, lunch, goodies EVERYWHERE!!!!! I struggle with the same issue! Add me ladies! I am on this site reguarly, too.. its not a once a month thing for me! :)

Their cool ranch doritos taco supreme is - AWESOME! Minus the tomoatoes! If you get it with the sour cream its roughtly ~ 200cals! Not to terribly bad... but yes for the most part I do stay away from Taco Bell!

By looking at your food diary, do you think maybe your daily intake is too high? Starting at almost 2000cals a day seems like enough calories to "maintain". Maybe drop your calories to 1700? Maybe that will help? Either way, a loss is a loss! :)

Stay away from all processed foods! Hotdogs, pre-packaged foods, frozen dinners, fast food. Try and incorporate high protein, low fat in your diet! And LOTS of fruits and veggies.

Try buying some free hand weights... start off small.. maybe 2-3 lbs each and you can lift them while watching tv, walking around the house, ect... where ever you walk in the house, take the dumbells with you. You can carry them over your head, bicep curls, and work all muscles of your arms! That is a start on getting some…

Over night oats! Made with Unsweetened Almond Milk, PB, and a dash of cinnamon! MMMM MMMM good!

Make a delish stir fry with veggies and brown rice! I made some last night and if you watch your oil/butter you can make it under 300cals a serving! The possibilities are endless... just chop and pile in the veggies and add ground turkey for a great protein source! :) GOOD LUCK! Also - Boca patties are not that bad!

Just started Shakeology less than a week ago and I. LOVE. IT. Buy a sample package of the flavor your'd like to try before you purchase the entire bag. Also- I managed to score a cheaper bag by purchasing it on Craigslist. Goodluck! :)

Also, my END GOAL will require work after Oct 12th! I do not plan on stopping the new "life style" I have choosen :) Since the beginning of this year Ive lost around 20lbs, and do not plan on gaining that back EVER!

lightly salted pop corn! They have a organic brand at my local grocery store and its low fat, too! SO good! Only about 120cals a serving I believe... Nuts - peanuts, almonds, ect... baked chips? Hope this helps! :)
