I'm having the same issue. I went on vacation for a week and didn't log much or do anything and I'm still not doing it. Some days are better then others and everyday I start off saying today will be better.

I went on vacation for a week and when I got back my mom made the comment that I am really losing weight and it looked like I have lost more. LOL She hadn't seen me in a week so I think she finally noticed how much I had lost.

I need a challenge! This past month hasn't gone well.

I have lost about 32 so far and would like to lose about 110 more! One thing I'm learning is that it doesn't happen overnight and there is not an easy way out. It's a lot of work and dedication.

This is exactly what I was going to say! Today I walked 63 minutes and jogged 10 minutes. 5 of it at once which is a personal best for me. You have to start somewhere.

Love Chinese! I'm learning to pick better choices when I eat it but tend to still over do it. I just search the database and pick the closest one. Chain restaurants are easier to figure out.

Luckily I have some bras that I couldn't wear before or was very uncomfortable and are kind of lose now. I have several sports bras and bought some a couple weeks ago that are XL instead of 2XL!

I don't have cheat days. I try to fit everything into my calories. I know this will get harder to do as I lose weight.

I only lost 1 pound in 3 weeks but lost inches. I agree 10 lbs in that time frame is good!

I have this same question today! I started at 273 and I'm down to 240. I have been putting a lot of effort into it since January and started back up with MFP last month and it is coming off really easy. I'm kind of worried that it is coming off too fast and too easy! I'm losing 2 to 4 pounds a week.

I'm at 1560 and I'm always over and eat at least 1/2 of my exercise calories and I continue to lose 2 lbs a week.

I have lost 29. I was wearing 24 and they were tight and I now can wear size 20. I lost inches in my waist first before I ever lost weight.

I walk and I'm at at least a hour a day. If I can't get outside to walk I do exercise videos. You can find them used on Amazon pretty cheap. So far the hardest ones I have done are The Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred but I have several DVDs now. I also like Leslie Sansone Just Walk. Any of them…

I was wondering the same thing. My husband and I have been trying but I have decided to wait 6 months so I can get more weight off. Just because you are pregnant and eating for 2 doesn't mean it's ok to gain 70 lbs! If I get pregnant I also want to continue using MFP. I only gained 20 with my first pregnancy and 2 weeks…

Usually 2 meals out of the day I have to eat fast. I have to eat breakfast in a hurry so I can go to work and lunch is a standing and shoveling in method. I know this isn't good but it is what it is.

Trust MFP! It works! I only lost one pound in 3 weeks but didn't give up. Now the weight is coming off nicely.

I have a 3 year old that I push in a stroller when I walk and I also don't know how to log it. That's at least an extra 35 pounds I'm pushing! She's little and only 30 lbs.

When I was pregnant I ate two fried eggs every morning with a piece of toast to keep my blood sugar normal and I got my cholesterol down to normal levels. Eggs are good!

I am going to Georgia next month for a week to visit my husband's aunt and uncle and I am already thinking about how I am going to get exercise in. We are also going to Galveston in May for our anniversary and I probably won't worry about logging then but will try to do plenty of walking. I can not eat anything now without…
