I have set mine at a short goal. My first step is to reach 230 then I will work on 200. I think this will keep me motivated more then having to see the big number.

I am looking for a dumbbell routine I can do at home that isn't too experienced. I am searching online but not having much luck finding something that I can print out that shows me exactly what I am doing. Even if I knew which ones to do I can google them and find out.
This is not my first time on MFP. The last time I tried it my calorie goal was a little over 1700. This time it is 2020. Why is it higher?
I have recently discovered kale! I really like it but don't know what to do with it other then a salad. I did saute it today with some onions and a little butter and it turned out good. I need some other ways to eat kale. Any suggestions?
