I totally agree. The scale and a pair of jeans does not define you. We are all beautiful inside and out. Keep your head up and keep your eyes on the prize. Remember you are not alone.

It might be water weight. Are you drinking plenty of water and how long do you exercise every other day. You may have to workout a little more because your body may need a little shocker or wake up call.

I agree with majority. It doesn't matter what time you eat, just on what and how much you eat. You definitely should make sure you are consuming enough for your body to burn. I work until 9:30pm, work out 30-45 minutes every day and by the time I eat dinner is close to 11:30pm.

Great job! I am in the process of encouraging my mom and aunt to get off the blood pressure medication and for my mom finally not taking insulin daily upon eating healthier along with more exercise. Its a journey, but all worth it. Keep up the great work!

I know exactly how you feel. I've haven't been eating right or exercising since the beginning of April and realize I've gained 15 lbs. My feelings were hurt, but I am back at it and lost 7 lbs of it so far and gonna go for more. You can do it! Just get back on track and keep focused. We are in it to win it!

I agree 500 calories is way to low and if you do not give your body enough calories or nutrition daily you will notice that the scale will not budge at all. Make sure you eat enough daily no less than 1200 calories if at all possible.

Awesome! Keep up the great work. Before you know it you will be off of it

I started at 373lbs and now 299lbs. Still counting down. It definitely has been a long journey, with sweat and tears. I can say now it was well worth it!

How many calories do you eat per day? Do you include exercise? I would suggest watch your carbs and drink plenty of water. Don't be discouraged, you are doing a very great job! Stay focused

What time do you normally work out? I will say still work out because no matter if you are walking around the house or apartment you are going to make noise. I have creaky floors as well and I said to myself if someone comes knocking at my door about the noise I will just let them know I am working out for only 30 minutes…

Get it! Its great. I've noticed by doing Jilian Michaels 30DS it has increased my endurance and I can finally feel muscle in my legs and arms outside of fat. Not alone I'm sure I have lost inches in my body. It is going to be hard at first, but worth the pain and sweat.

Congrats on the weight loss. I have notice upon myself when I reach a certain weight loss. The scale just seem not to budge. I exercise 5 days a week if not more for about 30-45 minutes. I've changed my diet recently by eating less carbs. I agree to what you are saying about eating less carbs and notice a big difference in…

Thanks for the advise that means I'm going on the right path.

Thanks for the advise. As for my friend I shouldn't consider her because she had a lap band surgery and she also now weigh way lesser than me now since the surgery.

I know the feeling of discouragement when the scale just don't want to budge. I would strongly suggest to watch your carb intake. I know you like bedtime snacks which are sweets, but you may have to scale back on the cookies or nesquik. Replace the sweets with something with not a lot of carbs. You can also view your carb…
