Roast eggplant, tossed in a blender with roast garlic, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Eat it with fresh crudites, and it's pretty low-calorie while being really filling, too. When I made it, it came out at 224 calories.

I've just finished week one, day two. :) As someone who's never been athletic and who's always hated running (I had big boobs from an early age and got a lot of teasing at school because of it, so I stopped doing pretty much all sports), I find it surprisingly fun! I was actually keen enough to want to go to the gym to do…

Since I've already done teshiburu, I'll go up one to fara180 - I think you would date a dreamer. Someone artistic and romantic; probably a poet. ;)

Someone bubbly and possibly into video games. ;)

Oh man, that full English breakfast looks lush. It makes whatever I'm about to eat to start the day seem so dull in comparison! :D

1.What is your eye color? Blue. 2. What is your favourite season? Winter. 3. What is your favourite Holiday? Bonfire night... not really a holiday. ;) 4. Have you ever been arrested? Yes. 5. What are 2 things with in arms reach of you right now? A bowl of homemade vegetable soup, and my HTC One X. 6. Would you rather know…

I think I'm gonna give it a go with you until I go on holiday, on Dec 13. :D

I've found that eating one little square of dark chocolate, such as Loving Earth raw organic dark chocolate, satisfies my chocolate cravings (although I'll admit to normally caving and having three, maybe four squares). As a bonus it's delicious, full of antioxidants, and you can justify it by saying it's good for you. ;)…

One of my favourite low-cal breakfasts is probably something that most people would find boring, but I love it! Two original Ryvitas with a tablespoon of peanut butter. It keeps me full for ages, and is only around 165 calories. (I used Jiffy creamy peanut butter today, but the calories might vary depending on your PB).…

Durian is foul, I don't recommend it. :p It smells so bad that the subway in Singapore has a ban on people taking it on there! They're also hard to crack open because they have some really hard, sharp spikes. Paneer you can make at home. :) It's an Indian cheese, make from curdling milk with an acid, normally lemon juice.…

Well done for losing weight! I'm in the same boat... pretty much I just have one pair of jeans left that fit. One older pair will drop off if I put my mobile in my pocket, and they were my everyday jeans when I started losing weight! When I tried on my suit for work the other day I realised the jacket is now way too big…

Some really nice underwear! Even when I was slimmer my boobs were too big for shops like Ann Summers or Victoria's Secret, and finding things in high street shops was a pain, even then! So yes, fancy knickers and bras, and maybe a nice new suit for work. :)
