You'll be fine. You could do imaginary jump rope, jumping jacks, etc. inside. But you can still look good without having to do a ton of cardio, it;s mainly handy if you want to eat extra calories.

Cardio is good for your heart, you should just try walking or hiking, something that doesn't feel like exercising. You can get toned and look nice without cardio, though. I have friends who have gotten thin just by diet.

The more protein the better, so long as you're eating the right amount of calories protein can actually help you lose weight and build more muscle.

I have the FT7 and its been pretty accurate, my only complaint is that it stops working when I get too sweaty which is SO annoying since I'm doing 30d shred and am not allowed to stop. For a regular workout though I don't think that should be a huge inconvenience.

Never heard of this, I constantly get it on the stair master though, pretty sure it's due to the pressure of where my foot is hitting the end of the pedal. Who knows, makes it unbearable though.

I usually stay at the gym for an hour, lately I've been skipping the gym and just doing the 30 day shred twice a day. It is sooo much more convenient and I'm literally still pouring sweat 5 minutes after the workout is done. Intensity is more important than time, I think.

I was netting around 900 cals and stopped losing.. as I understand it you have to net over 1200 to be safe so I'm trying to net about 1300-1400 now.

You can totally tell your stomach is smaller/clothes are fitting better. This is so motivating, I just finished day 4!

Still have 45 more pounds to go but my hips, waist and rib cage have no fat on the sides so that's the width/shape I'll be keeping. Which I'm really happy with since that's what I was worried about losing, I'm crazy curvy now(can't really tell in that top) so the good news is if you're curvy now you'll probably stay curvy!

I was doing WW and lost quite a bit of weight but then plateaued and actually gained a pound and stayed there for some weeks. I started counting the calories along with my points (26) to find I wasn't even eating 1200 a day! It makes you lose a ton of weight at first but its really bad in the long run. You're better off…

wow that's awful you worked so hard to gain. They just did an article about exercising more than an hour per day regularly is actually bad for your heart, as well. Glad you're losing again and thanks for the advice!

I eat half a banana on my way to the gym. Anything else/more than that and I have to wait hours before I can excercise and not feel sick.

I prefer walking uphill at a moderate-slow pace because you get basically the same burn with less strain. There's a saying you don't run to get fit, you get fit to run. Depending on how heavy you are it can kill your joints. I have bad hips and it puts me out of the gym for a few days because it messes up my hip so bad…

I'm aiming for a size 4/6. I also want to be in my BMI range so I chose 125 since it's right in the middle with wiggle room either way, but that's just a rough estimate. Once I hit the jean size I want or think I look thin enough I'm going to maintain.

My parents pulled me from my softball team.. everyone hated me because I spent my time trying to chase butterflies. I was also a fan of running to a base and getting into a convo that I wouldnt notice when it was time to run again. I am just waaay too much of a girl.

You'd probably be better sticking to exercise and just logging the 1400 every day. You'd still lose weight just not as quickly as opposed to possibly putting your body into starvation mode trying to level it off.
