I have the same problem!! I've found drinking tea helps like Morgan said. If I still want to stuff my face after tea I've found brushing my teeth helps cause food tastes gross after and I'll have to re-brush. If all else fails I'll just go to bed if it's a decent hour

Never buy packaged foods unless you're gonna do a cheat, it's all crap! But I had to lol when they said no one would eat a bowl of chips.. they've clearly never been fat!

I bought a step and just do step aerobics while listening to music or watching a TV show. Usually about 30 minutes a day. If I'm strapped for time I go pretty hard, it's a really good workout and gets your whole body if you do various steps (I'd suggest doing it with a video first, I've taken lots of step classes)

If your hips are WIDE and you look like an hourglass shape form straight on you're an hourglass. Otherwise you are a rectangle with a big butt. Either way it means your weight isn't on your midsection so it's 'healthier' fat! :)

How do your clothes feel? That is the best way to tell I think, maybe try taking photos of yourself each week or month to see a difference. Don't worry about the weight, it's more about body composition and just eating better/healthier in general

I can't see you food diary but I know canned foods have a ton of sodium and simply rinsing them really well before eating them gets ride of a lot of excess sodium.
