Just for fun: What is your favorite Pumpkin recipe that will help reduce temptations for non healthy treats? Hmmm...I don't really know any healthy pumpkin recipes. Just sweet stuff. Like pumpkin cheesecake. I guess I'll just learn from everybody else's recipes.

Nonononono =( ok I give the TDEE -20% one more week before switching back to a lower cal intake (around 1300) because it's really hard for me to eat that much cal and it doesn't seem to help me since I do not lose weight, feel bloated and think more about binges...0 -

My favorite pumpkin recipe is a pumpkin roll... or something easy and yummy is pumpkin cookies (a box of spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin... mix together and cook 8 to 15 mins)0 -
