That's weird. My sister had issues with retaining water, she would get really dehydrated and then drink a ton of water but her body wouldn't get rid of it, she would get a HUGE stomach like she was pregnant (and shes extremely thin) and she would pass out if she drank a liter or more of water. I eat a half banana before I workout because it regulates your blood sugar. I found that if i didn't eat before I worked out I would get very shakey and bananas are the only thing that have helped so far without aking me feel too full to work out. I'm not sure if there are benefits post workout, though.

It doesn't affect mobility it just feels very odd/sometimes tingly throughout the day and never like I've felt with sore muscles. I suppose I should probably head to the doctor, knowing my luck it'll be a pinched nerve.
