Every day, i cycle to work Mon - Fri and usually an Epic Mountain Bike session one or two evenings in the week and also weekends, ill take Sunday off if Ive earned it :wink:

Cycle to work and back, 15 miles in total and takes about 30 minutes each way.

Correct running shoes will help with your shin splints, my guess is you have the wrong type for your profile, google under/over pronation.

I dont drink anywere near the amount I used to (booze), just weekends now with one or two bottles of pear cider on ice. Water, diluted squash, Ginger beer and Tea is what usually drink most of the time.

Its best to log absolutely everything and be as honest as possible, otherwise you run the risk of becoming one of those people who say they cant loose weight no matter how hard they try and MFP isnt for me blah blah blah..... I race short circuit and the roads, Southern 100 and the Isle of Man Manx Grand Prix for the roads and circuits like Oulton Park and Cadwell for the shorts. My current bikes are YZF-R6 and my Supertwin SV-650, my only dirt riding being pedal power on my Mountain Bike. Been ridiing most of my life and cant imagine life…

Endomondo is also a free app, I prefared this to runkeeper, they sinc with your fitness pal too so its all good! :)
