I've gotten that alot actually! I think that as i am losing weight i will see what is "too small." The 140 is just an idea. i'm really aiming for the 160 which i am so close to which I am so excited about!! I will post a picture when i get there! :)

i honestly did not work out at all besides chasing after my 4 kids and my 20+ daycare kids! I started running at the end of the summer but it wasn't enough to see results because then it snowed! I plan to start going to the gym next month to start toning my body! :)

I just followed my calorie intake limit. It started at 2010 i believe and as my weight dropped my calories dropped. I completely quit pop! and never eat fast food! i also drink water! I still eat things that aren't the "greatest" for me but i never go over my calories! Also I cheat once a week! usually saturday nights i…

I weigh 175 so for my height (5'8) they say I should weight from 140-160 and I've always been fat so to get to the lowest of my height weight "requirements" would be an unbelieveable achievement for me!
