I really like cytomax. We use this for training, and even one of the half marathons I run have it on the course. We get the fruit punch flavor and really like it.

i think I'm in. Pretty sure I have found my lost motivation again. Last month was only 18 miles, but that was pretty much the last 10 days of the month. I'm gonna have to push for 50, but I'll give it a shot.

I do count shopping, because I'm walking for at least an hour at a time. I usually log 90 minutes of grocery shopping every 2 weeks, and if I go to the outlet mall, heck yeah i log the walking, it's a lot. Like a few others stated, gum always helps me too. I never leave for a run without it. I chew Extra Spearmint. I have tried several different kinds, and found that the fruity gum makes it worse!
