Hi! Welcome to mfp!!! I love this site! Yeah you probably should definitely take in more calories per day simply because your body will want to hold onto the pounds thinking "where/when is my next meal". 'm just speaking from experience but maybe others will have more input on the detriments of not eating enough calories…
