Hi Y'all

My name is Fae, I've been working out for 2 weeks, counting calories. I'm new obviously. My goal is to lose 58 lbs in all, kinda hoping to reach my goal by August/September.

I did have a question, I seem to have an issue with getting all my calories in, how badly will this affect me?

I work out anywhere from 30-50 minutes per day. (I'm losing the energy to be honest and I think its because of low calorie intake). I'm eating anywhere between 400-900 calories a day, with an occasional 200 calorie day. :-( I know this is bad, but its a combination of not being hungry and fear of gaining weight.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! Welcome to mfp!!! I love this site! Yeah you probably should definitely take in more calories per day simply because your body will want to hold onto the pounds thinking "where/when is my next meal". 'm just speaking from experience but maybe others will have more input on the detriments of not eating enough calories per day.

Congrats on working out for 2 weeks!! Keep up the good work! Lets encourage each other :)
