i have tried quinoa and i loved it!! i had never tried it before, but i wanted something with protein and fiber and low in calories. so yummy!!

Lane Bryant has those 'fit right' jeans.. i would suggest going in and asking the sales person to help you find a size that fits you. that is where i got mine.

While it is true, a pound of muscle is the same weight as a pound of fat, the muscle is more dense and takes up less space. That is why someone that weighs less than you can look fatter than you, because your lean muscle isn't occupying the same amount of space as her fat.

I set my calorie goal for 1250. My diary is open if you want to take a look at it. I am always full by the end of the day. I haven't been working out yet, but plan to start soon.. with that said, I have lost 9 llbs in 36 days, just through diet alone. feel free to add me if you wish

have you tried making an english muffin pizza? with a tablespoon of tomato sauce and an ounce of shredded cheese. add veggies if you like.

I usually try not to eat at night after 7pm, but that is just so i don't end up with heart burn or nightmares while sleeping LOL However, if I do want a snack, I get a large handful (about 15 or so) grapes or cherries to eat, that are well less than 100 calories and are filling

at the advice of my doctor, i started taking prenatal vitamins. the ones i take have 156% of the daily iron i need in them. i am extremely anemic because i have Crohn's.

I don't know hun.. i think it is too soon to test. I think it could be possible, but i would test again in a week. I had a test look like that once and it was a negative for me. good luck.

I like to also weigh myself sans clothing before i go to bed, and then again after the morning pee. It sounds weird, but I like seeing the weight difference between bed time and wake up and wonder what all i did while sleeping to lose that weight LOL weird.. i know :)
