Well I weighed in this morning and since Wed, I have gained 3 lbs. don't think this would have happened if i was weighing with the same frequency as before. I would have been able to stop it. #FML

Second morning, avoided the scale!! Now, if i can just get through today then I can weigh myself tomorrow :)

right now, i am just trying to get in the habit of not weighing myself 4-5 times a day. It was hard this morning, but I walked past the scale and immediately drank some water so it would immediately be inaccurate. Will try to hold off weighing again until Saturday. *fingers crossed*

as i come down out of clothes, i am getting rid of them, that way i don't have fat clothes to put back on in case i gain some of the weight back.. someone donated a whole bunch of clothes that i waiting to shrink into, so i don't have to worry about getting a new wardrobe.

i am close to twitching right now, and it hasn't even been a full day yet... not sure if i will make it the full 3 days.

I don't know if they have it where you are, but I love the LARABAR's. made with 4 or 5 ingredients. no gluten, no added sugar or preservatives.

I think it's sexy, but I have a thing for British accents :) And when I say British, I am referring to all of the accents. All the variants of the English accents, Welsh accents, Scottish accents and the accents from N. Ireland. Now my accent, to my own ears, sounds like a redneck/country accent. LOL

try taking a prenatal vitamin.. that works for me. that way if i don't get enough iron when eating, i know i have enough through the vitamin

Do what my mom did at meal time, you either ate what she made or you didn't eat at all. And now I do the same thing with my son, only once has he ever just not eaten a meal because he didn't like what I made. He ate the food the next time I made it. Guess his empty stomach over-ruled him LOL

I don't watch the show, but I do have a friend that works on the show as one of the zombies... He said that he would really be seen in the 2nd episode this season.

I always go to their website if they have one to get the nutritional information. You should be able to see the sodium levels there as well.

try looking for foods that are low in calories, yet still high in fiber and protein. These foods will help fill you up and keep you feeling full longer.

I was in as many different bands during high school as i could fit into my schedule. I have played all the clarinets, most of the saxophones and during my senior year i was in the "pit" during marching band.. god I miss those days!! *sigh*

First of all, it's going to hurt no matter where you get it. My suggestion would be on the back, near the shoulder area.
