  • I like the Breakstone's Cottage Cheese Doubles with Pineapple (100 calories) Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt Strawberry (120 calories and tons of protein) fresh fruit and veggies are always a good snack choice as well.

  • i have a scale as well.. so once 2 ounces of dry spaghetti noodles are cooked, how much would it weigh? I am cooking family style so it is impossible just to cook one serving

  • one thing you can try is getting the chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce and putting it in the blender or using a stick blender to make it smooth. that way you are still having veggies, but you really don't have to see them. and then as time goes on, don't blend them as much so you will get used to eating them.
  • I think it sounds like it is time for other people to start hosting at their houses. It is not fair that it all seems to fall on you alone. Are they even helping with money for the food?

  • Personally, I love Lean Cuisine.. It is convenient for me to throw one in a bag for lunch and I don't have to worry about cooking or measuring anything. And there is such a variety that I never get bored with eating.

  • I would say Fall.... I love the cripsness in the air and the fact that it is getting cooler and I can open the windows up in my house to get fresh air. It also means that it is FOOTBALL SEASON!!! WOOT!! Love football. The changing of the leaves is absolutely beautiful as well.
  • I had a 3 egg omlet with a slice of cheese and a cup of strawberries for breakfast today.. less than 300 calories. you can always add local things to eggs such as veggies or salsa to make it more interesting. you can also make fruit smoothies to have as well.
  • I really like browning chicken breasts in a pan on the stove, covering them with salsa and simmering it until the chicken is done. Take out the chicken, shred the chicken and place back into the salsa. serve over rice of your choice.. very delicious :)
