I'm 20 too. I am a double major in elementary and special education! I also went to community college and have just transfered. I've gained about 30-40 lbs since I started college. I totally understand!

I hate hate hate exercise too. By the time I get off school, work, and everything, I JUST WANNA REST. But again...exercise really helps you build muscle and lose more weight than without it.

Lucky...I only eat organic beef...spinach and kale if I can. Everything else is so expensive. I know it is worth it but it LITERALLY cannot afford it. It is hard enough to buy CHEAP grocceries!

POPCORN. get 100 calorie packs of them for the microwave. I also like string cheese (50 calorie kind), and I LOVE LOVE LOVE CRISPY BAKED GARBANZO BEANS (chickpeas) so good. google a recipe. they are great and so good for you

I never really thought of that, but it is so true. At least you live in America where everyone is tall and fat! Also.... It is better to be tall and fat than short and fat like me! I can gain like 5 lbs and look like 50 lbs heavier. ANNOYING!

Nutella is basically sugar sugar sugar and oil. Peanut butter is way less sweet and has protein. Don't buy nutella! It is TERRIBLE for you. Also, it is expensive, and SUPER SUPER SUPER sweet. So if you are used to PB you won't like it so much. It is so sweet it hurts my fillings :\

I do wii Just Dance 4. It is pretty fun, and you really don't notice how long you are playing. It isn't very intense though! But still a great workout and fun.

Sorry people...Tubes of meat are really just pre-portioned packaged ground meat from walmart. It's like a pound or so? It's a lot cheaper to buy them than flats of meat. Also, I hate plain ground turkey. Mixing it with beef gives that beef flavor that I am used to, but the turkey cuts out a lot of fat & is really cheap.

Everybody took this post really way too seriously. The point was to help visualize where all that fat is going. So everyone needs to stop being a brat and be a little more supportive. LAST TIME I'm posting anything interesting. Thanks for ruining it! :)

YES! This is great. So glad you worked it out. It is sad to see how many people split up or divorce because they just don't want to work it out. My parents have always been a great example of that. Even though their marriage has a lot of issues sometimes, they always work it out! GREAT. Love this.

SO glad you posted this. I use tea in smoothies in place of water or milk. You could make an apple pie smoothie! Just put in blender; some apple slices, greek yogurt, ice, a banana, and your tea! It'll be great and easy.

Chocolate cake mix tasted a little funny when I tried it BUT I used the pumpkin puree with spices already in it. Do plain pumpkin and some dark chocolate chips! YUM
