Feeling HORRIBLE. Help!
I'm 20, and I started dieting around January 10th 2013. I am not doing anything radical. Still eating things I like, taking vitamins, and trying to limit my calories to roughly 1300-1700 a day. I actually had the flu/cold a few times this winter, and it's almost like I never bounced back from it. Every single muscle in my…

Peanut butter alternative PB2
What is this PB2 stuff? I read that it is powdered peanuts with barely any fat. You put them in water to make the peanut butter. Does anyone have any experience with this stuff? I LOVE peanut butter and I find myself adding a lot of extra calories from it (WORTH IT). I am curious!

The Omentum...HOW GROSS IS THIS?! MOTIVATION FOR SURE.
The omentum is almost a filter for toxins and fats that hangs off the bottom of your stomach. The image on the right shows Dr. Oz holding the omentum of a person who is ONLY 30 lbs overweight. Oprah is holding a healthy person's omentum. This is seriously disgusting! This is motivation for me for sure. I hope this…

Tofu Shirataki noodles; what are they?
I was watching "Hungry Girl" the other morning, and she made a casserole using Tofu Shirataki noodles. They are basically a pasta substitute made out of tofu and the root of a Japanese yam with only 40 calories per BAG. They come "pre-cooked", and all you have to do is drain them and heat them up in whatever way you want.…

College Student 40+ pounds to lose NEED ENCOURAGEMENT
I had a wake up call about a month ago. My asthma flared up when I got a cold, but it hasn't done this since freshman year of high school.
