I substitute steam vegies for rice/pasta/potato where possible eat big for breakfast medium for lunch and tiny for dinner.

Baked Egg Custard using splenda and Rhubarb cooked in diet jelly (only use 1/2 the amount of water) The jelly will set but if you want it liquid just zap in the microwave.

Tom I know how you feel have always gained back everything I lost plus sometimes more. Then reality set in Type 2 diabetes. Found the only way to lose the weight is to get my backside off the couch and go to the gym - book a personal trainer the thought of having someone you pay to make you train whether you turn up or not…
