Mine is open. I avoid processed food, and try to stick to "clean eating", oh, and count those calories!

I agree with the above post. Talk it over with your therapist. Also, how tall are you what do you weigh, and what is your goal? Are they within the "normal" parameters?

I loved P90X and YES you are ready for it. There are modifications to make it manageable. I did the program several times, you'll get out of it what you put in. Push yourself to get better and you will see results. I'm currently doing P90X3 and like it even better. It's 30 minutes, but more intense.

Menopause will eventually take care of being cold all the time--Yay for winter! As for the boobs, not everyone loses them. Mine haven't budged, even though I really wanted to drop a size or two. ;-)

Losing 10 lbs would make you 100 lbs. At 5'4" that would make you seriously underweight. You should GAIN 10 lbs instead.

I got the same email but mine only had the first paragraph. Hmmm. I'm seriously pissed. Why did they go and mess things up???? My BM was already overestimating my burn by about 20%, now its WAY off.

You seem quite slim already. How tall are you? Aside from the clothes, why do you want to get to 115? Unless you are really short this might not be realistic and/or maintainable. Is 115 a weight you are willing to work for, for the rest of your life? If that is too hard then maybe you should rethink your goal.

I called the tech support at BM and they acknowledged that they have a problem with the site exaggerating the burn numbers and are waiving the fee for me for 2 months. I'm pretty peeved by this, they should have had the problem solved by now if they knew about it at the beginning of March.

I'm not taking 2 weeks off, honey is. So, in your opinion, what should I do? I just finished block one and transition week. I'm thinking of repeating a week of block 1 this week, then moving on to block 2 next week and spend 4 weeks there. (That way honey will have 3 weeks in block 2) What do you think?

Eating clean isn't good enough, you have to eat at a deficit, which means weighing and tracking every morsel that goes into your mouth.

Have an honest adult to adult conversation with her. Calmly tell her how her comments make you feel. She probably sees herself as being supportive and encouraging and doesn't realize that she's not coming across the way she is. Sounds like she really loves you and cares about you. Work it out.

Okay, I checked my display and it is about 500 calories burned a day less than what's printed on the website. This is frustrating. It's after hours, so I can't call till Monday, but I'm steamed about this! Grrr.

My step count for the day was nearly the same as last week. My activity level has not changed, same routines but a fairly drastic increase in calorie burns. I'm wonerding if my unit is wigging out and going bad.

Well, looking at your diary, you eat a LOT of fast food. Perhaps you could focus on eating clean while strength training. I realize that time is a factor, but you can make grilled chicken and vegetables with whole grain rice in 30 minutes. That is just about the same amount of time that it takes to go get a fast food…

greek yogurt/protein powder smoothies. Chocolate whey powder/peanut butter/plain greek yogurt or vanilla whey powder/frozen mixed berries/plain greek yogurt. These are my 2 favorites.
