Chris/Heidi Powell's Extreme Transformation?
I bought the book and really like it so far. It's not a 21 day plan, but a lifelong plan based on 21 days cause that's about how long it takes to change old habits. It's based on 1400-1500 calorie/day for women with one high calorie day per week.

Swimming ?
I'm in a boot for 6 weeks, so no walking or running. I'm cleared for swimming by my doctor. Should I take a rest day between swimming days, or is it safe to swim nearly every day? I'm also lifting weights upper body only.

Gallbladder?
My dr. wants to remove my gallbladder (it's functioning at 20%). I have no symptoms to speak of, so I'm undecided what to do at this point. Do you know anyone that had theirs removed, and did it affect weight loss in any way?

paying myself
Okay, I just can't seem to get motivated to lose the last 7 lbs. So, my plan is to pay myself $5 per day if I stay below calorie goal, but I have to give back $5 if I go over. Hopefully this will motivate me to stick to the plan, and generate some cash for a reward (clothes) when I get to goal. What do you think?

It's working!!
Finally, busted through a plateau thanks to Choose to Lose and lost 3 lbs in 2 wks. Is there anyone else out there in this group anymore? I'm really liking this strategy to lose.

Biggest loser watchers--?
Does anyone know what type of activity tracker they were all wearing? I know they used to use the body media armbands, but I noticed last night they were wrist bands with a face and they came in different colors (for each team). Just curious.

My husband and I do our workouts together. We are starting block 2 next week but he will be out of town for 2 weeks. Should I plan to spend 5 weeks in block 2?

overestimating burn?
Who else is having problems with the website overestimating burns starting on March 4th? I'm going round and round with customer service on this issue. Could this be right?
I've been wearing my armband for several months now. Suddenly, yesterday and today my calories burned numbers have jumped up by about 500 calories. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm doing the same exercise routine, and my # of steps is fairly close to my fitbit count. (I've been wearing both for about a month now)…

2 lb gain w TDEE-20%
Okay, someone talk me off the ledge here. I've been doing the TDEE-20% for 10 days now, and have gained 2 lbs. Is this normal? realistic rate for losing body fat
I have a 37% body fat. What would be a realistic goal for losing BF? Also, does having big boobs (34DD) skew the percentage by much?

HRM overestimating?
I did my a.m. workout eight training (P90X arms and shoulders) took 50 min and my HRM says I burned 517 calories. Does this seem high to anyone else? I was working by butt off but that sure is a big burn! Opinions? I'm female, 53 yrs old, 5'[5" and 147 lbs.
