  • 1200 is min for women. Maybe shoot for 1200 of food but exercise 300-400 calories a day. That might be where the 900-1000 on that one website you checked out came from.
  • The machines will only give you a idea of the calories you burn based on your weight, height, the infomration its asks you to input. I agree- a heart rate montior is the most accuate way to measure. Even the caloires on MFP is not really accuate.

  • I try not to think about it. :laugh: I'm in the AF and we ahev a 'Bod Pod" machine that (says it's) 99% accuate. It's like a egg you sit in and it measures fat by the air pressure. IDK, I heard the water method was really accurate.

  • I had graham crackers with 1 tbsp of nutella for a snack today. Perfect for the chocolate craving. Also, I LOVE bananas and peanut butter I cut the banana up into bite size pieces and put a little peanut butter on each slice. YUMMY!!!
  • Im on day 3... I run 2 to 3.4 miles 2-3 times a week and was doing the Wii Fit exercises on the days I wasn't running. I thought this program would be super easy...
