Checking in.... 0.4 pounds lighter at 151.6 . down from 152. I know this is abysmal! Sorry! I worked away this week and ended up having to eat my main meal at 9pm each night...trials and tribulations of ecology work. This week im in the office all week which means time for the gym and healthy eating!

Sorry :( Ive put on 0.2 pounds. Starting weight - 152 Current weight as from today - 152.2 In my defence ive started a new job and was away all this week, thought i would lose weight as i was doing about 6 hours of walking every day, but maybe ill have more success next week! x

Yay! Weight myself this morning....150.2 pounds....last week i was 152 pounds so pretty pleased. Been on a plateau for ages. Although slightly concerned that i'll just end up gaining again :/

I was bad last night...ended up having a jacket potato and then i bought a slice of pizza....WHYY did i do this?! I didnt even want to eat it! Anyway, trying to rectify this situation by ALOT of exercise so i am within my alloted calories by sunday. Had an epic gym session this morning and am back on track for today.…

Mehhh... Im still 152 pounds. Oh well, at least I havent gained anything, and that was after two major drinking sessions, cheesecake and pizza.... must try harder.

Yes, count me in! All ive lost THIS YEAR is 2 pounds!!!! I havent put anything on, but just on a plateau... Planning to drink 8 cups of water every day this week, and going to the gym every day after work.... Fingers crossed!
